Nicole graduated from Northeastern University with a degree in physical therapy and has been in practice for over 25 years. She is also a certified NASM Personal Trainor and Performance Enhancement Specialist. Nicole prides herself on being a lifelong learner who is deeply committed to holistic wellness and movement based medicine.
She began practicing mat Pilates 20 years ago as a safe and effective way to return to fitness after pregnancy. Since then, she has loved how Pilates combines mindful core connection with challenging movements to enhance athletic performance and support injury prevention and recovery. She finds reformer Pilates is a unique practice that is fun, challenging, centering and engaging while building strength and resilience in the body.
Nicole is trained by Grace Wang of Stott lineage and Functional Pilates of BASI Pilates method lineage. Nicole is excited to bring Pilates to the community so that anyone can be the best version of themselves wherever they are in their physical health journey.
